Mind Body Athlete™
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
We work with student-athletes, many of whom are minors. We collect only what we need to coach them well, we never sell personal information, and we treat athlete information as sensitive. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Mind Body Athlete LLC ("Mind Body Athlete," "MBA," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide mental performance training for student-athletes through our website mindbodyathlete.org and our programs, including Wired to WIN™.
This policy applies to our website, assessments, forms, programs, community spaces, coaching sessions, and communications (together, the "Services").

Information from third parties
Sensitive information. Prework reflections, assessment responses, and coaching conversations may include personal detail about how an athlete experiences pressure, confidence, setbacks, and relationships. We treat this as sensitive information. It is used to coach the athlete and for nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with schools, coaches, teams, recruiters, or any third party.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe this has happened.
Athletes aged 13 to 17 may participate only where a parent or legal guardian has enrolled them, accepted our Terms of Service, and consented to their participation. The guardian provides the athlete's information, and the guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of that information at any time.
We do not use athlete information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Athlete information is used to deliver coaching, communicate about the program, and, in anonymized form only, to improve our programs.
Coaching confidentiality between us and an enrolled athlete, including the circumstances in which we will inform a guardian regardless, is described in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share personal information only in these situations:
We do not share athlete information with schools, coaches, teams, recruiters, scouts, or athletic organizations.
Mind Body Athlete LLC is a United States company, and information is stored on servers located in the United States.
Our founder works remotely and may access information from outside the United States. Access from abroad is limited to what is needed to deliver coaching and operate the business, and is done through the same secured platforms described in this policy.
Privacy laws vary between countries and may offer different protections than those where you live. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be accessed from outside your country of residence.
You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to records we are required to retain.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you block essential cookies.
We do not use tracking technologies to build advertising profiles of minor athletes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
How to exercise them. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will respond within 45 days. For a minor athlete's information, requests must come from the enrolling parent or legal guardian, and we may ask for reasonable verification of identity.
Marketing opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text message. Messages about an active enrollment, such as scheduling and billing, will continue.
Anonymized testimonial use. You may opt out of anonymized use of your athlete's progress and feedback at any time by emailing us, as described in Section 9 of our Terms of Service. Opting out has no effect on your athlete's participation.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including access controls on our platforms, secured accounts, and payment processing handled entirely by our payment provider so that we never hold full card details.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Participants are prohibited from recording, screenshotting, or sharing sessions and community content, which protects every family in the program.
Our Services link to and operate through third-party platforms, and our content appears on social media platforms we do not control. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
We may update this policy as our programs and obligations change. The Last Updated date above will change, and we will notify enrolled families by email of material changes affecting how we handle athlete information.
